Off out for the evening, may indulge in a little joggle later but trying to keep upright with ear infection is proving difficult.
Infection control meeting today which always makes me squirm and then rush home to shower in Dettol, bleach and limescale cleaner. I feel like I've contracted something hideous just by turning up.
