Was a bit of a washout....literally!
I mimbled for about a mile with the dog...stopped at the Viking Cafe for a cuppa with a friend and her dog, and fullt inteneded to attempt Jillian's workout again....but didn't. The rest of the day was a blur...so much so that I didn't blog. So here I am...blogging today for yesterday!
